I’ve just discovered blogging and decided it would be a good idea to keep a note of my meals and weight watchering journey including thoughts and feelings and a bloody good place to have a rant (I love those!)

So today, I gained 1.5lbs at official weigh in, bit peeved off with that but I’ve had a hefty cold and mother nature paid a visit this week so was kind of expected.

I’ve decided to cut out cake until christmas and try and cut down on my pepsi max intake. Success on the cake front but on the pepsi max, not so much. Still! Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Todays menu went like this:

5am snack (Didn’t fancy ‘breakfast’ then so had something small): All bran chocolate breakfast biscuit 4pp

Breakfast– 66g fruit and fibre cereal 6pp, 100ml semi skimmed milk 1pp

Lunch– Big bowl of mixed salad 0pp, 1 can tuna in brine drained 3pp, 80g green giant naturally sweet sweetcorn 1pp, 33g heinz light mayonnaise 3pp, Banana 0

Snack – Malted Milk Biscuits 3pp

Dinner– 90g brown rice 8pp, 1 tsp olive oil 1pp, chicken breast 4pp, pataks pasanda cooking sauce 6pp, 2 x small munch bunch yogurts 2pp

Dinner was more than I had originally planned for, I couldn’t resist an extra spoonful of curry sauce, still better that than chocolate!

This takes me to 42pp so: 35/35 dailies and 7/49 weeklies.

Lets hope for a loss this week!
